Based in Corvallis Oregon, The Foam Man has been providing foam and handcrafted foam products for over 35 years. As the third family behind The Foam Man, we purchased the business in September of 2019.
We live in Corvallis and support our community by:
-Working with and buying from other local area businesses, and
-Purchasing primarily from Pacific Northwest-based suppliers.
Our retail location has closed.
We are still here,
because of continued community support. Thank you!
The last few years have been a challenge for everyone, individual and small business alike. Life changed and we found we had to change too.
We working to ensure we are doing all we can keep what is most important about The Foam Man.
We offer the same great service and foam that we have for years, plus now, new foam options, fabrics lines, tools, supplies and more.

Any company will sell you the foam you want; we try to help you buy the foam you need.
What makes us special? Now, as in the past, we don't want to just sell you a piece of foam. We prefer to sell you the right foam. We will work with you understand the foam, and to help to get you the foam that works best for you in the specific situation.
Need help with a special design or project. (Ask about our new expert consultations to help plan your next project.) We will help set you up with other items and/or connect you with other needed product or services.
*A note toward our pricing* Yes, some of our foam prices may be higher than what you find on-line. We keep them as low as we can; please consider:
1) Foam, especially good foam can be expensive and is influenced by many factors including natural disaster, supply chain and oil pricing.
2) Cheaper foams you find on-line may be just that "cheaper," not less expensive. The foam you find on-line may not be the same quality, type, density, and/or firmness. All these factors affect cost, quality, performance and longevity.
3) We offer only high quality foams made in the USA. Our major suppliers are located in the Pacific Northwest.
4) We are NOT a huge foam factory or outlet. We ARE a husband and wife team that will work with you to meet your specific needs.
Our prices cover our overhead and necessities, NOT building mansions or rocket-ships.
