Ordering Errors:
Please note, because of the cost of labor, materials, and freight costs, we cannot offer returns/exchanges/refunds if the incorrect dimensions, color, style, or shape is ordered.
Cut-to-size cushions cannot be accepted for return unless there is a product defect or a cut/design error. All foam cuts may fall within a margin of approx. error ± 0.25 inches. If you placed a cut-to-size order, once the order has gone to production there are no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds for those items. Please double check your dimensions before you order.
Request for returns or exchanges must be made to The Foam Man within seven days of receipt of product. Product must be received back within 21 calendar days of the shipping or pickup date, or within the time frame specified by any specific guarantee or warranty of a product.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT return any item or product without prior authorization. Any warranty claims or returns must be addressed within 7 days. Products must be returned in factory condition and any changes to the factory condition of the product will void any warranty or return eligibility. This includes, but is not limited to: custom size, custom shape, custom configuration, trimming, tears, punctures, stains, and odors.
Incorrect Order Production:
If you have received incorrect products or cut-to-size cushion with errors, please contact us to return the order so we may correct the mistake. All foam cuts are considered correct if they fall within a margin of approx. error ± 0.25 inches. If you are unable to return the product to our drop-site in Corvallis, The Foam Man may opt to pick up the item or cover all ground shipping and handling charges for the return of product. Please contact us before making your return. Dependent on the situation, part of or the whole order may not need to be returned, saving you the hassle of repackaging the entire order. The incorrect product(s) must be placed in the mail before The Foam Man will issue an order correction. Products must be returned in their original factory condition.
IMPORTANT: Upon receipt of your package(s), it is vital to open them as soon as possible. Please check for any factory defects, or order errors, and because contents may be tightly packaged for shipping purposes and can experience deformation or damage if left unopened for more than 14 days.
Prices, shipping, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, services, and/or products without notice. This may be due to market conditions, discontinuation of products, typographical, photographic, or technical errors on our or our partners’ websites. If you have ordered a product that is subject to a price or shipping increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase before it ships.
Customer takes on full liability for safety and validity of the delivery address given to us at the time of purchase. The Foam Man will not pay any forwarding costs on shipments.
We will attempt to make every effort to suggest the best product(s) for an application as described, but these suggestions should not be viewed as a guarantee of performance. Recommendations for foam, fabric or other products made by The Foam Man and its employees should be taken as a suggestion. With consideration toward any recommendations, it is with the understanding that there are multiple variables unique situation that may affect results.
The Foam Man, its partners, and suppliers will not have any liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to our products, even if The Foam Man or an authorized representative of The Foam Man has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Unless otherwise specified, all products are sold as is, and no warranty will be made concerning the performance of our products. This disclaimer by The Foam Man does not in any way affect the terms of a manufacturer's warranty should there be one. In no event shall The Foam Man total liability to you for any damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort [including, but not limited to, negligence] or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to The Foam Man for the specific merchandise at issue.
